Ark Encounter Trip:   June 11 and 12, 2021

The Stones Hill Community Church will be sponsoring a two day bus trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum on June 11 and 12.  Due to the distance and time needed to “take in” these local treasurers, an overnight stay in one of their sponsor hotels will be necessary.  We will reserve a 56 passenger bus from Cardinal Buses of Middlebury.  Please note the estimated costs for this trip.

Bus Expense:  $56/person  (includes driver gratuity and motel room)

Motel Expense:  Approx $120 per room.  (We will reserve 25 rooms.  Singles might want to share expenses).  More information will be available once we secure the motel reservations.

Ticket Prices:  These are group rate combo tickets for both venues.   Adult (18-59)   $84.50

Seniors (60+)   $74.75       Youth (11-17)    $ 48.25       Children (under 10)    Free

Meal Vouchers:   Adult & Youth   (11-59)   $15.89       Senior (60+)   $11.65    Children  (5-10)  $7.41

Children (4 and under):    Free      These vouchers will be used on Friday for our evening meal.

A deposit of $56 per person is due by April 25, to prepay the bus company.  (Sorry, but deposits are non-refundable.)

Motel rooms:  Individuals are to call the motel and secure one of our Stones Hill Community Church reserved rooms (at their earliest convenience), in your own name, with your personal credit/debit card.  We will let you know when the reservations have been secured.
